BEFORE SUBSCRIBING TO USE OUR SELF-HELP PROGRAMS OR PROFESSIONAL TRAINING MATERIALS, OR SCHEDULING TELEHEALTH SERVICES, YOU NEED TO AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

Will2Love provides education and self-help strategies for sexual or fertility problems related to cancer and its treatments. This educational material, including coaching by a patient advocate or professional training, is intended for informational purposes only and is not intended to replace, or substitute for, professional advice, counseling, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a condition. Never disregard professional advice or delay in seeking treatment because of something you have read or heard as part of this educational material. Will2Love cannot guarantee that all information on our own websites is accurate and up-to-date, although we revise our sites when important new information is published. Will2Love strives to protect the confidential information of our users. If you make a credit card payment for a subscription, any receipt will come from PayLeap and will be listed as W2L on your credit card statement. People with access to your email account or credit card statements may view such receipts, including family members or people at your workplace.

Will2Love may use a program to track your website usage. We are interested in the way that groups of users explore our websites rather than in any individual’s pattern. We do not sell tracking data to any third party.

You may save some personal information during a subscription to a Will2Love self-help program when completing questionnaires or exercises. This information is protected by encryption, but to further protect your privacy, do not share your username or password with anyone and always log out of the website when you are finished with a session. Will2Love’s phone, FAX, and email are encrypted for security. However, someone with access to your email could view messages sent to you.

Our telehealth services are offered through a link to a complete online behavioral health platform, with a separate scheduler, payment system, videoconferencing, and secure messaging and record-keeping. Provisions regarding our telehealth services can be found in Will2Love’s Terms and Conditions for Use.

Your subscription to a self-help program or professional training materials is for your personal use. You may share your subscription with your intimate partner or print one copy of a webpage. You may not give your login information to other people to use.
