This Privacy Policy applies to websites owned and operated by Will2Love that are intended for use by consumers and health professionals. Here is a summary of our Privacy Policy, including:

Please read this whole Privacy Policy to understand all your options.
THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU
We collect limited personal information about you – such as your name, email address, gender, and limited health information – in the following ways:
-
When you register to join our online community or update an existing profile on our websites. Signing up allows you to participate in the Forums, comment on posts in News and Views, or register to attend live webinars in real time.
-
When you sign up to be on our mailing list on Will2Love.com you allow us (or third parties such as our PayLeap credit card payment provider) to communicate with you by secure email or text message. You can opt out of receiving communications from Will2Love at any time by sending your name, address, e-mail and phone number to: info@will2love.com. It may take several days to process an opt out request. Even then, we may still contact you in connection with any payment due for a subscription or to comply with certain legal requirements.
-
If you participate in an online survey or poll: Will2Love sometimes surveys people using email invitations, pop-up surveys and online interviews or focus groups. If you respond to a survey, we may ask you for some personal information. Will2Love may use information you submit in a survey for research and measurement, including marketing research, but you will not be individually identified. Rather, information will be summarized for a group of people responding to the survey. Our online surveys will contain a link to this Privacy Policy.
-
We will not knowingly survey participants who are under the age of 18. In general, Will2Love’s sites are not intended to attract or serve anyone under the age of 18. We do not collect personal information knowingly from anyone under age 18 without parental consent.
-
If you choose to provide personal information in our public forums or in commenting on a blog post: Since these forums are open to anyone who signs in to Will2Love.com, they should not be considered private.
Any information you share in our online community area, including forums, comments on blog posts, or questions in webinars is open to the public and is not private. What you post can be seen or shared by third parties and may be used by others in ways we cannot control, including to contact you for unauthorized purposes. As with any public forum on any site, the information you post may also show up in third-party search engines.
-
If you mistakenly post personal information in one of our public forums and would like it removed, send us an email at info@will2love.com to request that we remove it. We will do our best, but it is often not technologically possible to remove all records from our servers of the information you provided. If you use our male or female online self-help programs and use the interactive features to fill in information: We make every effort to keep these websites private, but hacking can occur. These programs may store your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the consent you provide at the time you subscribe to use the program. However, we do not store your credit card information, social security number, or any medical records on our website.
-
Will2Love uses secure phone, FAX, and email services that comply with rules to protect personal information in the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). We do our best to protect the privacy of your communication to and from Will2Love.
-
Email messages are encrypted (sent in code) during their journey from Will2Love to your inbox. However, someone who can read messages in your email inbox may see information sent from Will2Love. It is important not to share your email password, leave browsers open so others can read your email, or to use a work email address to communicate with Will2Love. Your employer typically has a right to read email sent to your work address.
-
We may collect some information that could not be used to identify you by cookies, tracking software, and from external sources, even if you have not set up a profile on Will2Love.com. Cookies are small data files that are stored on the hard drive of the computer you use to view a website. Will2Love may monitor use of our websites with a third-party’s software. However, our goal is to understand how a group of users comes to our sites and navigates them. Third party software services will only collect the IP address assigned to you on the date you visit our sites, rather than your name or other individually identifiable information. We only contract with services whose ability to use and share information they collect is restricted by their terms of use and privacy policies. We are not interested in any individual user and we do not sell our user tracking data to any third party.
-
Generally, any group usage data kept by Will2Love will not include individual identifiers like names, emails, or IP addresses. We also do not collect the kind of information hackers tend to seek, such as social security numbers, insurance or medical record numbers, or credit card information. Any credit card information is stored by the company collecting payment and is not available on the Will2Love websites. However, if a hacker succeeds in obtaining group data, it may be possible for individually identifiable information to be identified.
-
Giving accurate information about yourself is your responsibility. If you give us false information we may not be able to contact you as described in this Privacy Policy. Using false information within our interventions also may reduce the benefit you receive from them.

HOW DO WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION?
We do not sell or share any of your personal information with any third parties, except contractors performing services on our behalf. All contractors have signed agreements to adhere to the standards of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). We will comply with the applicable federal health care privacy and security laws and standards (including HIPAA) to maintain safeguards to protect the security of your health information. Contractors who perform services on behalf of Will2Love have signed agreements to adhere to the same federal and state privacy and security laws and standards, where applicable. Contractors include phone service, email service, or credit card payment companies, who agree to keep all information confidential and to only use it to perform services for us. To protect our property or to defend ourselves in a lawsuit initiated by you, or to declare our legal rights (for example if you sue us for a breach of privacy or if we believe you have violated our copyrights).
-
If Will2Love is sold to another entity, has to sell its assets, or declares bankruptcy, we reserve the right to transfer your personal information to the new party who will be in control of our assets. Your personal information would still be treated as confidential under the terms of this Privacy Policy. The new owners could choose to change the Privacy Policy, however (see final section of the Privacy Policy, How Do We Secure and Retain Your Information?)

Will2Love sites often provide links to resources provided by other party vendors or websites. Will2Love’s Privacy Policy does not apply to these other websites. -
If you receive telehealth coaching or counseling from Will2Love, a record of your session(s), including some information on topics discussed, will be kept for 6 years or as long as the State of Texas requires. You may have a right to receive a copy of those records if you complete an authorization form and submit it to info@will2love.com. You can also request that your records be sent to a health professional, with your written authorization, to be used in your care. Will2Love may charge a fee for copying and/or postage when you request copies of your records. Will2Love has the right to deny your request to view notes from psychotherapy sessions, particularly if our health professionals believe that viewing the notes could endanger your health and safety, or that of another person mentioned in the records.
-
If you view your telehealth records and believe they are not accurate or complete, you can make a written request to change them, submitted to info@will2love.com. In most cases, a note detailing the changes will be added to your health record and kept with it. If we believe that the change you request is not justified, we will also keep written notes about your request and the outcome, and will keep them in your file. Per your request we will give you direct contact information for a staff member at Will2Love who is responsible for handling complaints about records. We will also explain how to file a complaint with Will2Love or with the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services. You also have the right to make a written request to restrict Will2Love from using or disclosing information in your health records, for example in your treatment, to obtain insurance coverage, or with an outside health care professional, as long as you paid Will2Love directly for the services (i.e. you did not ask us to be paid by your insurance company). If we believe the request is in your best interest, we will agree to it. If not, we will document all relevant communications.
HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION?
Will2Love does our best to protect your personal information. When you enter personal information on any of our websites, we use SSL connections (Secure Socket Layer) technology. Our websites are hosted on servers that conform to security and privacy rules set forth in the HIPAA law. Our phone, FAX, email, appointment scheduling, and telehealth platform (coaching or counseling by videoconference) are all compliant with HIPAA security and privacy rules. We do not keep your credit card, medical record, or social security numbers on our Will2Love servers. Any information needed for payment is protected under our agreement with PayLeap, or with our telehealth software provider WeCounsel which uses another company for credit card payments. These companies store payment information on their highly secure systems. Despite these precautions, there is always some risk that an unauthorized third party may find a way through our security systems or will intercept transmissions of your information over the Internet.
You may not want other family members, friends, or people in your work place to know you have visited Will2Love’s sites. We suggest that do not share your username or password for our online community or self-help programs, except if you choose to include an intimate partner who is working with you on a sexual or fertility issue. Be careful to log out, close your browser software after using one of our sites, or clear your browsing history as needed to guard your privacy. Many workplaces can track your site usage without your knowledge on devices that belong to your employer. To guard your privacy, do not use Will2Love’s programs on a device or Internet connection at your workplace.
We will store your personal information as long as you are using our services, unless you request us to remove it. It may not be technologically possible to remove every record of your information from our servers. We will also retain your personal information as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
OUR RIGHT TO CHANGE THE PRIVACY POLICY
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy or any of our websites or services at any time. Changes will take effect as soon as they have been posted online, unless we state otherwise. If we do change this Privacy Policy we will notify you at the email address you used to register for Will2Love.com or one of our programs. We will also post any changes on the Will2Love.com website before they take place. You should review this Privacy Policy regularly to keep up-to-date with our latest practices. If you do not accept the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not sign up for our online community or subscribe to one of our programs. Will2Love does not make your personal information available to third parties for their marketing purposes.
